I recently shifted my house since my previous connection(ACT) wasn’t available in the area, I decided to opt for Airtel Broadband. 16MBPS connection.
the sales guy was trying to sell 8mbps connection when he could provide 16mbps port.
Anyways the installation happened. After the installation I figure out the Upload speed is locked at 700kbps! Seriously!
when I reached out to the sales manager, he was so arrogant and challenging me that no other service provides guarantees the upload speed. WTF! I had ACT broadband earlier, I used to get 50mbps upload & 50mbps download!
I immediately changed to a local connection with better upload and download speed!
Airtel representatives arrogant as hell! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! NOT WORTH IT!
