Internet speed : - I am user of Airtel broadband from a very long time and the internet issues was not much problem but recently I got so much speed problem , the speed is never stable sometimes it goes up sometime very weak , I once was downloading a movie of 2.5 gb and my bad luck the connection was so weak that it took 3.5 hours to download the single movies , I must say many times the speed is high but I have problem with continues changing of speed
Connection : - the connection is not very good I have faced problem with bad connect , now the pricces are also increasing
Service and support : - The customer care are very bad , I once got my internet wire got broken in rainy season and it was so hactik process to get it back joint because their employees are very rude , first I called them given them the address but they told me I have to come and I went there to solve the issue it took 4 days , which is very late of them
