Been using Airtel since six years now and am more than happy with the network. There’s no down time, it delivers what’s promised and the price is okay too. The worst time you will have to face while using Airtel is when it comes to using their service because it’s nothing short of mental harassment. I shifted to a new house in the same locality and asked the Airtel guys to relocate my broadband but they disconnected my landline number without asking me and then asked me to take a new number, the charges for which are of course more and my old number, which is with all my contacts, is gone.
I gave up because there was no better option than airtel and agreed to take a new connection. Now it’s been a month since I registered the complaint there and they haven’t been able to find a network for me, despite (I being a customer for 6 years) repeated calls to customer care. They are this way because probably they know their network is the best and so they will always have takers and hence losing an old customer doesn’t matter much to them. Wish their service was as good and prompt as their network.
