I have been using Airtel from 2006. Had no problem in the past. But last one year I am having one problem or the other. Today is my last day of the billing cycle. I have exceeded my plan data so I bought 2gb Smart Byte Pack.
I got speed for 15 min and then slowed down. I called the customer care. They told me that servers are down. This I am hearing since the past 6 months.
My new billing cycle starts tomorrow. If my problem is not solved immediately, then my pack goes waste.
This problem amounts to deficiency of service.
