Its horrible to contact customer care. I have made a booster pack. it was said that it will be auto renewed. booster expired yesterday. till today afternoon it was not renewed and I was losing my money. So I recharged the booster again.
After twenty four hours, they are auto renewing. I have lost money. when contacted customer care they said it takes 24 hrs for auto renewal with poor response. a giant in network takes 24 hrs for auto renewal. it was not communicated that it will take 24 hrs.
