Airtel broad band internet service. I feel it is good. First time I used 256 kbps speed internet connection in airtel. The amount was 650 Rs. per month. Night 9pm to 7am free download.
Whenever I have problem with my internet connection I can touch with customer service officer soon.There is no that much delay in the process of transferring the call to a customer service officer.
They are politely talking and taking the complaint in detail.I have shifted my house three times. For the three times I asked them to transfer the connection to Place to place. They just get a letter from me and complete the work with in 7 working days.
I have the browsing problem very occasionally. While the heavy rain the internet or phone connection may be get fault. If I complaint about it they will sort it out within next day before 1:30 pm as they admit.
Recently I could not browse. The modem lights are being grown. I just booked a complaint. Next day service man came and found that fault in the modems adopter. He just replaced with a new one.
Now I have been using Unlimited Plan. As they told the plan is working properly. There is no any cheating process or money problem.
