I have applied for Airtel broadband in Sept’06 in Bangalore. The sales guy dayananda was very prompt in collecting the application form, docs and 500/- towards the application fees.
I was told that the connection will be provided in 4 days. I am still waiting for it.
I would have called this guy some 100 days. Spoke to customer care, sales and marketing but no use. I sent lots of emails to customer care but no use.
I was told that there is not enough capacity for airtel in my locality so they cannot provide the connection. I accepted the fact and asked for a refund of my money. There is no response so far.
Once customer care executive told me that my money was already returned.
If you are planning to go for airtel internet, please check before your apply.
These guys are worse than BSNL in terms of customer care and accountability.
I have no hope now to get my connection or money back. I am planning to approach consumer court for the same. any ideas folks?
