Hi, everybody.i am very fond of internet.i always stay abroad.so when I comes to home, I need internet because my home is far away from city.so, there are 2 network available i.e. airtel and bsnl.though I have no bsnl landline, I can’t take the bsnl broadband.so I prefer airtel broadband.i always see the ad of airtel , that says the fastest network of all.so I like this network.for first 3month it gone so well.but after that, it showed the real face of its.the speed decreased from 10mbps to 2mbps.this is so disappointing.when I tried to call the customer care, that would not reachable.after that I went to the Airtel office for this problem.they said that, it will recover by 2days.bt they came after 3days.i am so angry about this service.i paid the bill ever months in specific time.but this type of service is non acceptable.so I refuse the service and disconnected the broadband.this is so disappointing service, I ever seen.
