Being an airtel broadband, what customer expects from it is a fastest connection, reliability and good service feedback, but it doesn’t stands on the hopes, the price for broadband is too high as compared with other companies and it doesn’t even that fast while downloading, it promises faster internet but doesn’t stands on what it says, one would rather go with the wave of jio and would find it more convenient to buy a jiofi because it’s much cheaper and way faster at many places than airtel broadband, airtel has a lot of customers connected with its company so if they doesn’t want to lose their customers, they need to work on their service or else it would fall down soon from one of the biggest network company in india, as jio is taking on everyone else and has already created the largest network across the country, so if airtel wants to compete or give a fight it has to start work on their service
