I am using Aurtel 5G Broadband for last 1 year
There are multiple disconnections and the company have no solution other than their irritating chatbot.
I dont know what is this problem, but when I check the internet speed, the upload + Download is 200mb as per the plan, but when I actually use it, it is very slow.
I beared the problems due to some free entertainment channrls provide# including Amazin Prime, but while renewing for 3rd half monthly, they alsi imposed Amazon prime 1 year subs. Charges of 1.5k. During l!test renew+o, they did not inform that Amazon Prume will not be free anymore, but after 1 month they gave me this surprise. So now I will try to cancel my subscription !nd get 5 months refund..but you cant call call the customer care directly, you have to raise concerns on chatbot and wait for the call. I ve been waiting for the call for last 5 days now. Not sure if Airtel bother about their custimer problems.
