I was customer of Airtel around 5 years back and that time I had very good experience with Airtel. I shifted my apartment and 3 years back and that time no Airtel connection was available in our apartment.
One year back Airtel broadband becomes available in our area and based upon my previous experience I immediately took Airtel connection.
I was very much wrong in going for Airtel this time. A lot has change in last few years and Airtel has turned from Best to Worst.
First of all there are so many billing errors (which I never expected from Airtel). Now to call to Customer Service for this. There is lot of waiting period (now they started charging for these calls).
Now the Customer Supports Engineer pickup the phone and still keep you waiting saying that he checking the status (remember that you are being charged for this call).
After taking a long time, he will say that he will connect you to the another department and again your another waiting period starts.
This waiting period is more then the previous and suddenly the call gets disconnected. It has been very difficult to get any problem with Airtel Broadband being resolved.
So my suggestion is dont go for Airtel connection. Airtel was good 5 years back but now it is completely changed from Best to Worst.
