I dont like this Airtel broadband services...I have cancelled the services long back but I have received the bills to pay for the unused services.
I have cancelled when I got 800 rupees bill. Now it is 2500. Airtel broadband customer services agents accepted my cancellation but they did not take off the connection and sending the bills from the past 2 months there is no internet connection and I am getting calls and threatening that if I do not pay the bill of 2500 then take some action so that I COULD not get any loan in future.
On girl called and saying that I have to pay 2500 she called me after 2 months and I have not used the services from the past 2 months. What is this going on. this is waste customer services.
I have used VSNL, Beem....others with them I did not get any problem but with Airtel I have many problems. Airtel broadband services will not respond immediately.
Waste of money and time. its very headache services. I also suggest my friends to not to use this services.
