You know airtel customer care lady called my mom today many times , said that Amarjeet Singh is your son, when my mom denied. She started dhamkana. She gave many rude words and galiyan tak de di. My mom is suffering from hypertension and because of this incident she is in bed now.


We told her that we don’t know who Amarjeet singh is, she didn’t accepted that instead started speaking very rudely to my mom. she used abusive and offensive language as well.She didnot provided her name or ID, she is harrasing my mom daily and is very abusive in her language.


I do not know how this Airtel Train their employees to speak abusive language over the phone, that too to an old lady, in this situation what should we do? Where should we go? Does anybody know?
