Dear(So Called Best 3G Network) a.k.a ?#?Airtel? ?#?BhartiAirtel? ?#?AirtelPresence?,
I recently shifted to Mumbai and applied for a new broadband connection(assuming Airtel to be the best network) for both my office and residence. One freelancer named Mukesh visited my office on 15th September, collected the documents, cheque for installation charges for my office and cash for my residence(my bad that I didn’t carry my personal cheque book).
This person assured me that the internet would be setup within 2 working days at both the locations. Unfortunately, only the office internet was setup and till date i.e. 01/10/14 I am clueless about my internet connection at my residence. The reference # that I was asked to use - #49919748 for future communications. I tried calling the helpline number like a zillion times and nobody were in a position to solve my issue. Looks like the Airtel staff themselves have no clue what the issue is and who needs to be blamed?
The most surprising element is none of the officials could figure out who the freelancer was! #Airtel - I hope you guys understand the importance of Internet in todays world and what it is to be without an internet connection! Would appreciate if someone from your organization gives me a call and give me the true picture about this entire issue. It has been a harassment for me and you guys left no other option but to post this on social media!
