Airtel Broadband - worst customer support

Airtel Broadband - Worst customer support and they continue billing even after many un-installation requests.


I am Rajesh Mukati, residing in HSR Layout Bangalore. Want to tell that Airtel Bangalore customer care support is very very disappointing and worst.


I will tell you why:- I took Airtel broadband thinking that its customer care is very good, but no luck. :(


1.I took 9 GB plan for Rs 999, and requested to migrate it to 3 GB. Even after confirmation they continued 9 GB billing and changed Rs 450 extra. Escalated to zonal officer Bangalore two times.


2.I got frustrated from daily calls(in office hours) from Airtel customer care, I had to tell this migration story to Airtel guys at-least 10-15 times, but there is no communication between them and every time new person is talking to you about the same thing.


3.I decided to disconnect the connection (Aug 13) and mailed to Airtel customer care about un-installation. I paid full and final payment of Rs 1300 to Airtel customer agent on 30th Aug (receipt no - 1858169) and mailed to Airtel customer care for UN-INSTALLATION of connection. So IDEALLY I THOUGHT MY SUFFERING WILL END NOW, BUT IT STARTED.


4.I had not used single MB from that connection, but my BILLING IS STILL ON. I came to know that I have to pay Rs 1682(WITHOUT USING FOR SINGLE MB) again to them.


5.I also came to know that I was also charged for check bounce amount, ATHOUGH I HAD NEVER PAID ANY BILL THROUGH CHECK.. This was very annoying and I got at-least 5 calls for this in my office hours and I had to give explanation every time.


6.I have original copy of my full and final payment, will try once more to go to Airtel customer care to convey them that I have no dues, but if not successful then will have no option then going to consumer court regarding this.


7.It took two  requests for migration of  connection and already done two request for un-installation of connection, but no success.


But I HAVE DONE BIG MISTAKE TO GO WITH BRAND NAME.


Hope you will be alert while taking connection and discontinuing the connection.


SO THAT NO OTHER WILL FEEL CHEATED LIKE ME.
