I have been using an Airtel broadband connection at home for over 3 years and have never had a problem with the speed or uptime.
However, recently my modem went dead and I filed a complaint online. Some dude called me and said he will drop by but never showed up and when I went online to check the status of my complaint I saw the complaint has been closed. I escalated the issue to the nodal officer, havent heard from her though it has been 3 days.
Tried calling airtel support. The guys said beetel modems are not covered by airtel after 1 year and I need to contact beetel.
Next they will tell me to contact huawei for my data card!
I dont mind paying for the repair/ new modem but the least I expect is a single window solution from airtel.
