I have been using airtel broadband since last ) months but everytime in a month for 1 or 2 days internet stops and does not works . It is not something which is expected from big brand Airtel .
Customer care people just note down complain , they thereself do not have any solution .
Nevertheless speed is Ok but not which they say I.e. 8mbps but I get 1-2 mbps rarely.
Connection goes off unexpectedly which is not acceptable in some important situation.
Airtel should improve its after service and should make there customer care team somewhat knowledgeable
