It would seem that the managers at Airtel are sleeping or their right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
I just got a call from the part of the company that sells data cards. The person speaking to me(had poor communication skills) told me that my area(which is in Mumbai) does not have Airtel’s broadband connectivity so would I wish to buy their internet 3G data-card.
I was of course quite amused by it because Airtel’s broadband selling team had confirmed to me that they actually have broadband in the area. Two divisions of the same company working at cross purposes!
I obviously didn’t go for Airtel, seeing how confused this company is. I am happy with my current internet service provider.
