I have 3 airtel connection and every month I pay close to 6-7K rupees to airtel in the form of various bills and when I complained about my frequent internet disconnection their executive turned up and disconnected the entire line. Now my landline and internet are not working.
It will take atleast 10 minutes everytime to speak to the customer care executive and worst part is from the past 3 days no one is taking responsibility to resolve this.
I am really fed and planning to migrate to some other service provider
