Airtel broad band is very expensive and I am using it and had to pay the money undoubtedly very high for small packs and when ever I ask them that why they are asking for very high money then only answer I get services and this is there service cost but I am glad to hear that jio had launched the new plans which made airtel realize that they were asking huge airtel had looted us for many years and now it is our time to show that airtel has to stop
airtel network had become so poor that today I am not suffering in 2mbps speed too
company claims that they are giving 2mbps speed but I tell u what speed they really give
if company say they are giving
2mbps speed then the highest download speed I get is 256kbps
if they say they are giving
4mbps speed then the company give download speed of max 512kbps
and if they says that they are giving
8mbps speed then I get 1mbps max download speed
this is not all let’s talk about airtel 4G
company claims that there network is strong that company will give 40mbps download speed
but after experiencing it on my friends home I get to know that they are giving false promise
I tell u why?
airtel said that they are giving min 20mbps download speed that what means 4g
but the real max speed airtel gives is 8mbps which they say 40mbps and the average speed we get is 5mbps speed

moreover I tell u about the recent conversation with airtel executive and what they said
I asked the that datapacks run out s just 2 days and I and my family is not using it but what the company said that my wifi would been hacked so I changed the password and kept a super strong password that no one can crack with special letters, symbols, no and alphabets combination
so I thought that now no one can drain my wifi again next month the same thing happen
and the sunniest thing is they just drained 2gb of my net in 2 mins and my net speed is 2 mbps and this was impossible for anyone to download
I asked the company what they said do u want to listen!
they said maybe my wifi would been hacked I was so filled with anger
that company gives nill services for which they ask expense from us
