I was using Airtel for the past 2 years using 512kbps Unlimited plan and was quite satisfied with it but since past 6 months their FUP(** users policy "which I like to call it now") became stricter my speed drops to 256kbps after 10 days of starting the plan.
Unable to bear the crawling speeds and constant buffering you tube videos I decided to put and end to it.
I mailed the customer care and asked them to solve it or cancel the connection on 20th of Feb 2011 but they have been unable to solve it and have been constantly harassing me by calling me almost daily and asking "why do you want to cancel airtel". They even themselves mailed me without my consent that "We are glad that you have decided to stay with Airtel" Just sick.
Today its 28th Mar.tired of Shouting, abusing, cutting their calls I have decided to storm their Airtel showroom and demand an explanation.
I have also thought of Taking them to the court but my friends suggested Killing an Airtel officer would be a better idea than going to any Indian court.
I have not made any payments after the cancellation request and will not make also.
Please TRAI see that where will the customer go if all companies are JUST INTERESTED IN RIPPING OFF THE CUSTOMER. who will listen to our complaints.
