I am using Airtel in my Gurgaon home.It is very reliable, they generaly fix all your issues within same day or next day. Whatever speed they promise you will defenately get 90% of above of that speed.
I have a secret loophole in their system, which I am leaking to you guys. i.e. Change your plans frequently and you will get some benefit due to human error. For example... I took 8 mbps plan and shifted to unlimited 256 KBPS. My plan got changed in billing but not in the backend. I am getting 8mbps download unlimited and 1 mbps upload.
I recommend Airtel to everyone. I will always go for Airtel broadband unless there is no other option. Like I am paying double price in Kurukshetra to BSNL & Sify and still not getting same service as I get from Airtel. But I don’t have option, as No airtel Broadband in Kurukshetra.
