WE have a combo plan for a 128 kbps. For browsing normal local rate is charged. For browsing between 21.00 to 8.00 hrs its free as I pay Rs.50/-pm extra for this facility. So I thought and browsed between 21.10 and 7.50 hrs allowing a margin of 10 min. But every month my bill shows that I start browing from 20.50 to 08.10. Result I get charged for browsing from 20.50 to 21.00 and from 08.00 to 8.10. A small trickle but can collect a decent sum. My complaint email only got a auto response so also my voice complaint. Might be they got their charge meters FIXED by the autorikshaw walas of chennai which always run faster than their engine.
Also they have stopped sending their detailed bills wherein we can scrutinise all our outgoing calls quoting TRAI! Funny. Now every 4 months I get a inflated bill(as per my log I do not call beyond Rs. 300/- to 350/-)for which no details are forthcoming.
But service vise they are the best in Tamilnadu with 24 X 7 support. The other service provider BSNL offers a much cheaper and faster broad band but with a virtually non-existant after sales support.
