I have gone through many of the negative reviews on this topic. However, I beg to differ. Trust my words, I am not an Airtel Employee or any of the BPOs and partner who are doing business with Airtel. I am just a normal customer with Airtel Broadband connection at my residence.
The best part is the service of Airtel. My connection went down twice in last 6 months (router Issue), however, the field engineer was at my door step within 4 hours of logging a complaint with CC. I always get 2.5 MBPS+ speed (speed test.net) and never get disconnected or wait for my video to buffer. What else we want from a internet connection.
AOI which I would like to highlight to Airtel is that please stop making calls to satisfied customer like us and try to convert us in different billing plan. I have taken this connection with utmost care and usage I do on internet and would never like to try out other plan which are dicey and never seen on black and white.
After all we pay 1700+ (including taxes)/month which is higher than your Revenue Per Customer. So let us live in peace.
