I want to share my bitter experience with M/s RUHAN MARKETING, authorised service provider for Bharti Airtel Ltd-telemedia services, having their office at H-53A, Lower ground floor, Kalkaji, New delhi - 110019.
Recently I contacted the Senior Sales Officer, Mr. Sarfraz of Ruhan Marketing with the intention to get Airtel Broadband Internet Connection.
Oops...Sales Officer was there at my residence within hours of me contacting him. He had some month end target to be achieved, hence he quickly sorted out the formalities connected with getting a new internet connection. Even the cheque for the entire amount of Rs1850/- was given to him by me immediately since I was given 100% assurance that the connection will be restored by evening the same day.
But even today, after lapse of sufficient time I am yet to get the connection. When Mr. Sarfraz was contacted, he gave the reference of one Mr. Sunny - 9871550088. Even after contacting him I have not got the connection. This Mr. Sunny immediately on seeing my number either will disconnect or just don’t respond at all. Finally after considerable number of attempts, a technician was sent on 02/02/09 evening at 7:00 PM who retuned back saying the connection DP Board is full and there is no chance for additional connections.
He even told that he is helpless and we have to contact Mr. Sunny for getting the connection....I would like to caution all you people who are looking for getting Internet connection to be aware of these service providers especially RUHAN MARKETING... Make yourself doubly sure that the person is reliable and then make payment....
