I am writing to share my negative experience with Airtel broadband internet service provider. I have been a customer of Airtel for over 2 years and have been consistently disappointed with the quality of service.
The most common problem I have faced is slow internet speed. I have a 100 Mbps plan, but I am lucky if I get even 10 Mbps of speed. This makes it impossible to stream videos, play online games, or even do basic tasks like browsing the internet.
I have also faced frequent outages. The internet would go down for hours at a time, with no explanation from Airtel. This would always happen at the most inconvenient times, like when I was in the middle of an important work meeting or when I was trying to watch a movie.
When I have called Airtel customer service to complain, I have been met with indifference and unhelpfulness. The customer service representatives have been unable to resolve my issues and have often been rude and dismissive.
I am very disappointed with Airtel broadband internet service. I would not recommend it to anyone. If you are looking for a reliable and affordable internet service provider, I would suggest you look elsewhere.
In addition to the problems I have mentioned above, I have also noticed that Airtels router is very slow. I have tried adjusting the antennas and double checking the network security, but nothing seems to work. I am constantly having to disconnect and reconnect to the internet in order to get a decent speed.
I am very frustrated with Airtels customer service and the quality of their product. I am considering switching to a different internet service provider.
