Worst customer service I ever experienced, just one week back the broadband connection was installed at my residence and my 5GB data got exhausted.
I was surprised after receiving alert email, when I checked my usage detail, what I found was more surprising! Most of the data consumption was at a particular time 08:49:36 sec pm, in different days and again 04:49:36 am early in the morning when I remain in sleeping mode.
I dont know who is using data in my absence is there any bad spirit behind it or fake usage data. Please please please dont prefer Airtel broadband.
