Worst service and reliabilty factor

Don’t I agree more to all the negative reviews about airtel broadband service. They are simply pathetic.


After facing major problems with them six times before, this time I thought I must write a review on their services. Don’t they know that they need to keep existing customers to survive.


Well last month end, the internet stopped working, after complaining and reminding for five days, one service guy comes, checks and says the cable has gone bad and needs to be replaced, so i’ll send a different guy.  Well, ofcourse he’ll not come on his own. Airtel again needs to be called for few days before they respond to your cries. Well after again calling for 5 days, one guy comes checks and says that the cable as disconnected at the junction box and now its working.  Imagine!


Well, Airtel conveniently forgets the there was no service for 11 days and charges for the entire month. For any complaint they want us to go through an ordeal of atleast 15 days of calling and checking and reminding again! and u still don’t know if your grievance will be addressed.


Ten days pass and again the internet is not working. Call up . call up. call up. After 5 days airtel guy comes, checks and says- your service has been terminated. Says he doesn’t know why, for that call customer service. Again the vicious cycle. call up . call up, three day hence, they tell us it has happened by mistake and would be rectified. We call up next day, they say, it will be rectified in SEVEN days! heights  man.


When will the services start, .?. and when it does they will again not forget to charge for the entire period.
