Worst customer service

There is no problem with the speed and connection. But the customer service is horrible.




  1. No way to raise a complaint in the app. 2. The ivr doesn’t connect to a person. All it says is "your complaint is logged." And then after two days sent a message saying "your issue is solved"




  2. They ask to mail to 121. But mailing to them only results in a automated reply.




  3. They disconnected the line without even informing me.
