I am Rohit, Staying in Gudadahalli, Hebbal Bangalore. I was looking for broad band connection, so I send a request to Airtel.
One of their Executive named Abhishekh came from their BOOPSANDRA office and said sir we have connectivity in ur area, Please apply for our high speed connection .you will get it in 3 working days. He has taken the application and 500 as security deposit, which he said will be returned in 3 months .
From next day that person is absconding, I tried to call him number of times he is not picking the call. When I called customer care and ask to take action against him, they have just taken my complain and said, you will get connection by 16 Oct.
When I called on 16th OCT they are saying we don’t have network in ur area, once we will have we will provide u the connection. See in this way Airtel and their executives together looting people, in my area in every gate I can see Airtel broadband pamphlets are stick but they don’t have network there.
All this is loot people to take 500 rs and them abscond. they know that every one has busy schedule how much we will run after them for that 500 Rs.
So every one I will suggest you people to beware of such frauds by Airtel and There cheat executives .(For My Area that executive name is Abhishekh and His number is 9880219174)
I have given multiple complains still they are not returning my money.
