Airtel has both good and bad sides but they have always tried to improve on their bad side. The customer support is perfect, I have yelled at them, scolded them and admired them. I have a love hate relationship with airtel. Yes there have been some service issues and there still might be in tge future but they are always there for you. I have a basic package of 999 for 5mbps and useless upload speed but that is what I wanted and I got what I asked for.
I know that there are other brands with far more better speeds at even more low prices but you can’t trust them. Almost each and every ISP in india is a scam and to find the best one is really hard. Airtel was my second choice because the first choice tikona was too good to be true and they ran away with my money. I know airtel is not perfect but its good enough and its way better if you don’t wanna get scammed. I love you airtel but sometimes I hate you as well. I hope this review helped you decide.
