I have used for 1.5 Years with a Postpaid scheme,
I would like to outline the negative points as we never experienced anything positive with their connection.
Maximum time taken to resolve issue is 24 hour by Hathway in comparision to Airtel broadband minimum 7 days.
Always connection dropped with Airtel Broadband and the customer care executive says servers drops it. Looks like they have some buggy servers.
Worst thing happened they have given a bill of 16K plus, when I hardly use Internet at Home. May be a technique to push people for Unlimited connection whether they need that or not.
Highly non technical customer care executives at call centre
Seven days is the minimum duration for anything and every time you ask to resolve any issue.
The connection keeps dropping at certain interval with no satisfatory interval.
Sell their Phone compulsory.
Worst kind of service you will ever experience.
They have promised to frustrate you to bottom of your heart and you will think I will live with out Internet.
I hope some other provider will be available in my appartment, so that I can disconnect this connection.
I have very good experience of Airtel Cellphone and similar Bad experience for their Brodband.
