Worst customer service

I am using airtel broadband since 4 years. It seems that airtel had earned too much money and don’t want the customer. There customer service is too bad. There website never works properly now. I just shifted 4 months back from delhi to noida. My broadband account id : 7006094628.


So I requested airtel to shift my broadband to noida. After some time period they had done. But the problem comes when I got call for airtel person for due payment as they didn’t send any bill to me till then. Then I check my airtel account on airtel.in which was not working. Again same thing happened in next month. They called me when the due date is expired, what the hell. Even they didn’t send any email or sms before due data. How I know when I have to pay. I talked to customer care . They told me that my email id is registered with them and I will get my bills on that emal-id. But I didn’t get.


They they told me that they are sending me the bills after doing something at their end.


So every month this is going on. I just fed up of these things. I am doing payment for my actual bill not the late payment fee. Why should I pay for their fault. Also when I reached their website in feedback section and tried to submit this , its not submitted. They are showing "We are unable to process your request. Please try later. Sorry for the inconvenience."


Please don’t go for airtel.
