I purchased a internet connection and it took 10 days for them for installation, First week internet worked fine and same for the free calling landline they installed. Within 3 weeks the landline got dead so I called up the company guy to check it. He came to check and said it will be fixed by tomorrow and that tomorrow came after 1 month. Within this month I called that company guy thousand times and the airtel office but no response. Even after they stopped answering my calls and my internet slowed down to 20kbps speed. I complained for it iver call but no response from the them.
So one day I decided to visit their office as I was totally frustated from them as I have already paid in advance for 3 months but their service is very poor. They came up with new statement that they have not received the money from my end as cheque got bounced that too after 2 months. Some error was there from their end and then after scoulding the guys I have met at time of buying connection my internet and landline started. Customer support never supports their customers.
