I have never used Airtel broadband. all the things that I am going to share will be the experience of my friend who has been using this as his Internet service provider for quite a long time. when we think of a good Internet service provider, there are generally two things that we consider. the first thing is the speed of the connection and the second thing is the cost. we all know the Internet speed of Airtel is better than most of the ISP providers it surpasses every other ISP providers that I could think of, the only drawback is the price is not as good as it should be compared to other service providers Airtel demands a lot of money from its customers and sometimes connection doesn’t work and even when you contact the ISP they are not much help. if the price would have been a little lower and the customer support were to be just a little better I would have definitely recommended this operator. but for now I would not suggest anyone to use Airtel as there ISP.
