Disgusting and Pathetic Airtel service

I am a fixedline airtel customer with( Landline+ Internet+ IPTV) service from them. They had some issues with their setup in our apartment complex( ATS Paradiso, Greater Noida) . For this they needed to change the Landline connections. It was certainly a problem at their side. They called me up few weeks back to take my consent for the process.


They started the process on 25/10/2013 with an oral promise that it will be finished in 3 days with minimal downtime for Internet and TV. After my repeated calls they restored Internet and Phone after one full week. Its been two weeks and my TV is not yet back in spite of my several attempts to call up their customer care and ask for help or explanation.


Each executive starts afresh then makes some false promises of soon action and then nothing happens. They have even messed up connection ownership information in their database during this transition. My new number seems to be in the name of some other person now. They simply seem to take their customers for a ride.  With this kind of treatment to customers I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AIRTEL TO ANYONE.
