Big name bad service_pathethic customer service

I was using Airtel Internet last year for my company and has to pay 3 months service payment without using their services. Only reason for not using their services was bad customer service and person who installed service at my end (Byculla) Mr. Chandan he said at the time of installation that I am whole and sole responsible for your location and call me up at any time...you will be get services at all time from my end.


A week later I faced a problem for internet connectivity....I tried Chandan several times and also CS numbers no response. My work was totally messed up with the non availability of internet facility. This was the story for all 3 months for which I have paid the bills and as I have used services.


Height is that after this horrible experience I stop using Airtel services and stopped making payments, I used to get calls from their outbound team for making payment and when I explained them above situation no one has assisted me on the service part and never ever has received assurance of the best service which is expected from the professional service provider like AIRTEL.


At last I got a call from legal team someone called Ahmed called up and informed me to pay outstanding of 4157/- for which I haven’t used AIRTEL (3 months rental after service not used by me) and I have paid it as he was giving his customer a legal threat that if payment not been made then you have to face legal actions. This is true customer service of AIRTEL.


Horrible as these guys never tried to solve genuine reason of non availability of their internet services and I had to pay the rent for which I have never used their services. I will highly recommend not to use such failure customer service provider as they not even attempt to take customers complaint seriously and resolved it.


It is my 1st and last service used for Airtel as I have closed 10 mobile service (after paying their bills) which was used by my team due to such pathetic customer support AIRTEL has. Hope you guys will never select such service provider who doesn’t care for their customers in this competitive market.


Last but not the least AIRTEL will not survive in market especially for Internet service if they stick to their rigid policy of not serving customers as per their satisfaction as there are other more good players around you guys.
