Bad choice

It is around 20 day when I read the banners of Airtel broadband in my society. On the next day itself a marketing person of Airtel broadband visited my flat with airtel broadband voucher. I have asked him all details and he told that if I subscribe for airtel boradband it will be installed and activate within 2 days.


After I give him filled form, and documents he disappeared for 3 day. When I called airtel, he told that he will take 2 more days. Than after 2 days when I called him again he told that the documents are insufficient and you need to submit more document. After one day he collected documents and after that day he again disappear for 3-4 days.


When I called them, they doesn’t pick. After 2 days of trying I decided to call from another unknown number and than he picked the phone. Than he told that Airtel broadband is not available in your building. After that I asked him to return my documents so such type of unprofessional and liar person should not have my documents.


But even after trying since a week he is not returning the documents and not even picking up the phone.


I suggest all of you not to take connection from such type of unprofessional persons who does not care about the customers time and complaint. He should not come to my flat and post banner of airtel broadband in my building if the connection is not available.
