My broadband connection 0821-4288328 is not working since 5 days. On the first day one technician Venkatesh came and checked and said he will come on Saturday, due to a holiday in between. On Saturday 26th Dec 15 he checked and said that the fault is in the cable and another person will come and attend. Today, Monday, the other person came and after more than 4 hours said that there is no problem and showed me a line outside where the connection is coming upto. He also siad that another wireman will come to connect it inside and I an waiting.
At every instance, I have been calling their Airtel Complaint number only to be assured that someone will attend. They have not still given one nodal person who is responsible for attending. It is worse than a Government department and a face less organisation. I regret to have subscribed to Airtel Broadband.
