I am using this broadband for the past 2 years in Bangalore. When I started this broadband it was V fiber and the speed was only 40 Mbps. When I moved to a new apartment and after few months Fiber to the Home connection they replaced and the speed is 200Mbps. I always 200 Mpbps speed and there was no issues at all. If there is any cable fault I get an automated SMS with a time limit. But the issue gets resolved before the time limit they give. I have used ACT fibernet also, but that is worst service I have ever seen among broadband service providers. Don’t believe in fake reviews about airtel. In bangalore if Airtel provide FTTH then no need of any alternatives, go for it.
