The technology used by airtel is out dated. The technical staff is not qualified. The technical team has untrained people. They can’t make my broadband connection work flawlessly for even 30 days or 1 month. Every 10 days there is some sort of disruption. They charge full monthly rental but they provide service for only 27 days in a month. They are a dishonest company. Don’t go for airtel broadband internet connection. They are also fooling customers in the name of V-fibre. This is not a fibre optic cable connection but copper cable. They are big cheaters. Pathetic service. Don’t take airtel connection.
