I have been using Airtel Broadband for more than 5 years and never I have regretted my decision.
Airtel broadband is the best broadband that you can get in Lucknow.
The NetSpeed is constant and fast.
The only negative is 512 kbps speed after data quota which can be increased to 1 or 2 mbps.
The current technology is fibre cable and it is awesome.
I am getting 160 GB at a mere 1000 bucks.
Speed is 40 Mbps and I get around 8 Mbps downloading speed which is amazing according to me.
Coming to the customer care part and service part.
The customer care number is fast to rrspond and all my complaints are solved within a span of 48 hours.
