Recently I faced a worst experience with Airtel broadband service.
1.My net was not working so called customer care and raised a complaint and resolution time given to me was next day 9.30am(Dats like 24hrs).
2.Issue was not addressed for the next two days.
3.3rd day when I called customer care, I was put on hold for 30 mins.
4.Finally spoke with a CSR and he gave me new complain number and asked me wait for another day.
5.I demanded for quicker resolution so this arrogant CSR advised me to cancel the connection instead.
Airtel, this is a really pathetic service you are providing to your customers.
