Refuses to shut down my connection

I had a decent overall experience with Airtel, but having moved house, I’ve found them to be simply useless at disconnecting my previous connection. They’ve got their agents harassing me every week and I have to explain to them each time that I am not using that connectoin since 6 months.


At the Airtel Relationship Center I had the manager swear to me that my last bill would be the last one I would have to pay. That was 3 months ago. Since then I’ve had two more bills mailed to my email inbox and phone. I am hating Airtel more and more each time they call me.
