Signed up for a 2Mbps airtel connection with 3GB download limit. Airtel does not allow you to check on account status (amount you have downloaded, calls made) without submitting another application for
something called "Self Care".
None of the sales executives/engineers/technicians who installed ever tolda anything
about it to me. When I called them up to see if they can give me a status, they responded by saying that they cannot, and that I will have to goto one of their shops and submit a application for self care. This
is plain Bullshit!!
Becuase if I did not know about this, and if I cross the amount of download/calls provided, I will be slapped with charges. And also the fact that it is so inconvinient for me to visit their showroom again to submit an appliction just ticks me off. Even though the internet broadband connection is actually fine, their modes
of service/operation is very customer unfriendly!!!
