Few days back I spoken to Airtel executive for internet connection. He said for 8mbps connection with 60 GB limit and 1000 free calls for 1399 Rs. So I thought its good plan and I given Rs. 600 for installation. Today other engineer came for installation. When I did a speed test. It was 4 mbps speed.
He said you will get only 4mbps of speed and limit of 40 GB. When I called and asked the executive he said "I don’t know about it sir, can you go with 4mbps?"
I was enough patient and asked how much I need to pay for 4mbps speed. It is 1349 Rs.
Seriously, its ridiculous plan I ever seen in any ISP provider.
4mbps speed with 40 GB - Rs. 1349
8mbps speed with 60 GB - Rs. 1399
Guys never go for Airtel broadband. Airtel customer service sucks!
