Was using the Airtel broadband and landline service from last 3 yrs, which was good and very few complaints. But from last few weeks the service has become worst, when tried to register compaint support executives were not bothered to listen to complaint and repeated be soft while speaking which I was doing and they were raisng there voice.
At last decided to disocnnect the service but tose guys were not ready to take the complaint for that also citing that I cant cancel for silly reasons... at last was successful for registering the complaint which I leant next day was updated that I have agreed to continue the services, which I was not ready to do.... Contacted nodel officer and then registered the complaint agian with them, , but still not disconnected.. May be this process also takes time.
