The works kind of customer service of any company I have ever faced. Right from the day I got Broadband connection the customer care service has been a pain in my . Its response is the most up. I think its worse than any govt service. U call them for a company and they keep telling u we will fix it in 2 day and then after two daz no action from them not even an update call.
U call them and they have tech issues which is supposed to get resolved in another 3 daz and still after 3 daz no response and then they realized oh sir some the ** who took ur complain has taken a wrong one. So we will take a new request and just give us another 3 daz and after 3 daz no response.
My money time and patience and energy has no value for this smuck company which has a company culture of fooling ppl. I then subscribed for a 2MBPS plan and what I was getting for 2 weeks was 512 plan and when I ask them the reason the initiative loops goes on. And ask them who pays for all the loss I m suffering coz of them conning me.. no reply.. Who pays for the less speed given to me and this have no reply at all
