I am an Airtel user for almost 4 yrs now. I shifted house and asked for change of connection to Airtel, They checked and told me that they dont have any ports available and so cant give connection. they also asked me to check back after few months else they will get back if in case there are any ports available. But they didnt respond back.
So I didnt use airtel broadbandd for almost few months. Now I have shifted back to the same place and when I called Airtel they are demanding me installation charges of Rs.1000. I already paid the same amount and purchased WIFI router and telephone. Now why do they demand 1000 and also what will I do with existing assets. Pathetic situation and poor response from Airtel on customers issue,
