I applied the connection for airtel broadband after my neighbor recommended me . I called up airtel associate named Bharat, who asked for the documents and a security deposit of 1000Rs. He told connection will be given in 48 hrs.
I was promised 3 things
Activation fee will be 0(Zero).
Security deposit will be refunded(500 Rs in second bill and 100 Rs each month for 5 months)
Free Landline instrument will be provided.
My Disappointments
Late connection - The connection was not given in 48 hrs and took 3 days and numerous followups for the connection. I got the connection on 5th February 2016.
No instrument given - I was not given the instrument at the time of installation. Complaint was raised but was closed saying I will have to pay to get the instrument.
Customer care said security deposit cannot be refunded( though promised before the connection).
Bill generated on 12th Feb for 6 days and activation fee of Rs 1000 was charged, which was adjusted from the 1000 rs security deposit paid.
Could you please justify these turn around, is this a way to welcome a new customer.?
I want you guys to stand on whatever commitments you have made before connection, not that you turn your backs once you get a customer.
